50 Best Practices for Living a Well-Designed Life

What is a well designed life? Do we even have such a thing now days or do people have to have a ground hog pig lifestyle and do the same stupid thing every single day.  This is a life of insanity clearly the definition of doing something over and over and over the same time same time of day is insane so thanks for telling me your absolutely crazy.  People were not created to do the same thing every single day. Albert Einstine was right. Its insanity.

My favorite of 50:

1. Make sure to take your Vitamins
2. Ask for help when you need it
3. Lower your grocery Bill by buying less meat
4. Go for a walk after dinner
5.  Count your blessings
6.  Put a glass of water by your bed so that if you need a drink you have it.
7. Stay away from drama
8.  Exercise
9.  Daily find time for meditation and devotion.
10. Write at least one thank you note once a week
