Have you ever run though an Airport before I have twice trying to make a connecting flight. One time running in heals the other just plain running in shoes that didn't work for my feet. It was 9/11/18 and, I was running through LAX and they said, Ms. Pence I am sorry the plane has just left you were two minuets short of making it. Luckily to get on the next flight to get back to Minneapolis to be the next connecting city the flight was three hours and, it was confining. Sitting with people who were just to Hawaii it would be hard to imagine one wanting to come back to Minneapolis.
Airports are intriguing because you have a lot of international flights that leave Minneapolis connect Chicago or NYC. My favorite airline doesn't exist anymore they would serve warm chocolate chip cookies on the flights, Midwest Express probably got bought out by some one. I might look at going to be a flight attendant but, the day to day travel would get annoying. After telling a CIA Secret Agent Gate G on the concourse in Minneapolis changed. They had done a ton of construction and one can no longer just go down a flight of stairs to exit on concourse G. Something that was noticed and then taken care of. One time my travels weren't for flying purpose but, had landed a job at the air port as a barista.
Then that day A military man with a semi automatic gun was on the shuttle tram when getting off. Thinking what the hell is a guy like that doing in the air port they must be looking for someone in particular. After witnessing this experience it was enough to make me say i'll look for another job. Still to this day I do not know what his purpose was for being their but, it was rather alarming to see such a sight. My favorite airport would probably have to be that of Savannah, Georgia. Beautiful French Country with an old English Country charm to it. The worst would have to be New Orleans they have such bad runways that you'll pray that you make it off the concourse to lift off and start your flight. It was like the Jamaican Bobsled team trying to get the flight to make its take off.
One time I was stuck in New York City over night. They offered for me to go to a hotel but, I didn't know what I would do and probably would of missed my flight to get back to the Airport. Being in New York City over night with the pigeons flying around JFK was a bit scary. Delta had grounded 13 planes because they could not do final checks for boarding the plane. Its crazy to think that I yes did sleep over night on a cot in New York City and, had no disruption. God was defiantly on my side to keep me safe and sound. Had let a doctor from Italy go in front of me and he was able to board and get the heck out of their the same day. Being at the end of the line left me to be lost in a scuffle of a city that doesn't sleep. New York was an experience that I'll never forget; the people are nicer than one would think. Standing where Kevin McCallister did by the park in New York City was nostalgic still today one of my favorite Christmas Movie. The food was exceptional and the prices weren't to crazy. It was nice to visit the memorial and pay my respects to the fallen.
