January I will have 31 days of Motivation, fruits for smoothies, what to do to beat cancer, and a progress of what I am doing at the gym. My Nurse Licensed Practitioner gave me a release to go back to working out. She is brilliant and says that when I get stressed I meltdown hence PTSD. Since writing these past two months my meltdowns have gone down significantly. Almost took a Masters in Writing. Perhaps once I finish my Masters in Clinical Psychology I'll take a PhD in Creative Writing and then write books and papers on subject matter.
