Thank you, so much my fellow Americans, we have before us a task that is larger than life itself. We must do our homework for our societies progress and change. We look to the Heavens to counsel us and use good judgments knowing we are one of the worlds strongest economically prosperous country with our Free Market. Let our divide be not great but, great among our citizens. We need to take inventory of our greatness and, replace the smoke and mirrors with dignity and truths. Make your disability claim go away! Get your LIFE BACK!

For all those who are in chronic pain and chronic fatigue I have a possible answer for you.  For all those who have overcome and are overcoming fibromyalgia

(Articles that have hyper links see the link as its source reference two authors are listed below)

Years of Major Research compiles the information from doctors, research, and experience all comes down to Today!

10 Million Americans have this excruciating pain; Let me guess you cannot do much throughout the day and simple tasks like going to the bathroom, taking a shower, making your bed, or standing for periods of time are like the most impossible things to do because this just immobilizes you.  Not until I met Dr. Sonreal, from the Chanhassen Park Nicollet did I really find answers.

It was in 2011 when I found out that I had ADHD/ADD my learning comprehension was at 30 Percent of 100.  By book standards I shouldn't of even graduated high school, much alone yet made it through college.  I still am really finding it hard to read books and might get 15 minuets a day if I try but, that's about it.  They put me on adderalle for that and its been shown to help me severely.  It helps me keep my PTSD under control to take the edge off of things.

Where do you start when do you know what to do anymore because the pain you have just exhausts you.  You didn't sign up for this, its like a life sentence that you don't deserve.  You look for answers, you look for help, you turn to anyone who might be able to give you clues on what to do to conquer this.

Mine developed after college loosing a major job with the NOKIA corporation / Marketsource I hit a rock bottom depression and haven't since recovered its gotten worse.  You have gone to college for four years all to be let go because I had a PTSD attack a guy was watching pornography and I said one profanity and that was it; he never got in trouble and was able to keep his career.

They have found that our lifestyle and events could add up to what we know as one of the biggest pain disorders/disabilities known to man.  Its something in our central nervous system and as, I did some research on articles of the United Kingdom they would refer to it as, "Cancer of the Nerves".  I want to do more of a study on "Cancer of the Nerves" and Fibro because I feel there is a correlation and if we can find that a disability claim might give to the result of a faster decision.  We can look to this article for more information of what I am talking about.

As a result, I was in a major car accident and had major soft tissue damage or cancer of the nerves.  It was a crash that was double prongs a side swipe from making a lane change and being parked at a major highway and perpendicular to the highway a diagonal t bone crack of a Ferrari going 168 mph.  My car spun out of control from the lane change and I blacked out not knowing if I was going to live.  This flared my fibro and soft tissues out of control.  The Journal of the American Pain Society has correlated this with Stress which is most often times disguised as TRAUMA.
The Pain and Nerve Correlation Explained; Stress & Trauma

A journal article from the National Center for Biotechnology InformationU.S. National Library of Medicine
claims, "Fibromyliasya is a chronic pain disorder of which the clinical features such as persistent fatigue and sleep disorder may be a secondary consequence."Lawson K1.

Tricyclic antidepressants and fibromyalgia: what is the mechanism of action?https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12387704

So then what can we make of all this fancy talk and jargon.  Well, having other issues that creep up I feel my theory of Fibromyliasya has three prongs or three components like a triangle.  We have I wish I could draw this out but; I'll do my best to explain such a complex disability.  Most of my life I have fraught this with working out but, it go to the point that it just kept me from doing almost anything.

Because my career to a sink I found myself in Retail; this added to the extra pain in my body.  The harder I would look for jobs or a career the worse it got.  Nothing worked until I tried to get in with retail.  It was as if something outside of my ability and power was trying to control my every move, thought, and experience.  Some sinister force flex over my life and my destiny had put this on my body.

What is a Tricyclic according to the Mayo Clinic?

Here is the ABSTRACT from the article above that you can further look at but, I'll do my best to explain the basics of it.

"Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain disorder of which other clinical features, such as persistent fatigue and disordered sleep, may be a secondary consequence. The initial pharmacological approach to treating the disorder is the management of the pain. Tricyclic antidepressants are the most effective drugs in use so far, especially when administered in combination with other therapies (e.g., selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors), which suggests modulation of the neurotransmitters serotonin and noradrenaline. The effectiveness of amitriptyline and related tricyclic antidepressants, however, is consistent with the involvement of mechanisms, such as potassium channel modulation and NMDA receptor antagonism, in addition to or in place of the modulation of monoamine neurotransmitters. Investigation of the importance of each of the pharmacological properties of amitriptyline and related molecules in the management of fibromyalgia could provide clues for the rational design of new drugs."Lawson K1.

When they say "chronic" its exactly what it really is no jokes, no laughing allowed its real and it will really stop you in your tracks like -30 below.  So we look to really in essence pain management and address it from here. You can do that in three ways:  Working out, Natural Supplements, and Pharmacology approaches.  So you can hit this from a couple of angles a holistic approach and a medicine approach.  Using both and seem to conquer it all and I do not recommend having children it will make this disability unconquerable. leaving you in tears that overflow like Niagara Falls.

You are probably by this time wondering what is KVV trying to tell you in all this scientific jargon.  Well, I never took chemistry but, these types of pharmaceuticals do work and you will have to try some to find out which ones work the best.   Our Neurotransmitters also have a big responsibility in the way our body combats any type of abnormality in the brain or chemistry.

Do NOT TAKE SSRIs they do not work they only work with the neurotransmitter "Serotonin" which controls sleep.  Dopamine controls our happiness factor and energy and Noraepinephrine is responsible for alertness and energy.  Personally, I suffer from lack of energy so I want to focus on a SNRI which involves the transaction of my neurotransmitter Noranepherine. I have tried many of these and have found that I may have not been on a strong enough dose but, often times they will try amitriptyline, cytobenzlprine, nortatripline, and gedon.  Gedon, is one of the strongest Trycyclics to conquer many things for me; Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD.  Its chemical structure allows for multiple dimensions of healing.

As  a result, personally I find SNRI's more effective and the Mayo clinic has done study on it as well.  They claim, " Serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) are a class of medications that are effective in treating depression. SNRIs are also sometimes used to treat other conditions, such as anxiety disorders and long-term (chronic) pain, especially nerve pain. SNRIs may be helpful if you have chronic pain in addition to depression."

Serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors

Now, after looking at the article from the Mayo Clinic you may want to google on your own SNRI and SSRI and you will find a plethora of information to help you figure out this article.  It takes understanding of the disability to conquer it and for me research is something that which I enjoy and will hopefully helped inform you today after reading this blog.

MY Rx for Fibromyalgia:
A. Gym workout Goal:  90Min. Cardio; treadmill, bike, precore,  Choose Arms, Legs, Back/Chest workout with machines or free weights, and 20 min stretching.

B.  Supplements: Supplements that I find effective are going to be used to conjure "Fatigue" look up things that fight fatigue in a google search and you will find a laundry list.  The best thing is to try a combination of them to see what works best.  Personally, I have found a list of supplements and with the goal of weight loss and pain management it does have the ability to work.  If you go to the Vitamin Shopp or GNC there is a big book for Health and a Protocol for Fibro/ Fatigue/Chronic Pain ect., that you can use.

What's effective for one may not work for another.  After careful research I have purchased these supplements for myself for fighting Fibro, chronic pain, fatigue and, Weight Loss individually but as a whole collectively.   Before using supplements you will want to talk with your doctor to make sure there are no drug interactions.  For example, I cannot take Rohidola as it will interfere with the Tricyclics.

Inflammation
We must first look to the supplements that will fight inflammation.  After all this is an inflammation disorder that affects a large mass of the body.  To reduce inflammation we try to stay away from ibuprofen but, if you take the off brands like equate 200mg take 3 pills with a glass of Tropicana to put your stomach and body back in its place.   See this blog to look at the correlation of Omega's and inflammation.

The Benefits of Omega-3 Fatty Acids.  I recommend Carlson Wild Caught Super Omega-3, 1200mg x 3 up to 5000mg you can take to reduce inflammation. This is a Laundry List to the right of the blog to help with pain management

Fatigue Fighters and Weight Loss
Green Tea. COq10. Multi-Vitamins. B-Complex. CLA. Rasberry Keytons. HydroxyCutPlatinum. Cinnamon. and Chroium.

Another great blog from "Food Matters" a non- caffeine approach
Kill Pain With these products

My goal is that by time you are done reading all these articles and take notes you will be on your way to wiping your disability claim away.  Its possible to fight the pain and have a victory!  We look to people like Derrek Redmod for inspiration.  The first time I watched this I cried my eyes out but, let it be motivation for you to "KEEP GOING"!

Dreams all come down to one moment

C. Pharmacology of my life includes a cocktail of these drugs: They all work together to help each other; some might experience heart issues if they take Gedon and Effexor my stress tests have passed with amazing results.  This is my dose after being on them for 2 years: No side affects, no really any weight gain, and the ability to live a normal livable life.  One might make assumptions if they look these drugs up but they treat: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and ADD/ADHD.  Write out the chemical structures and you have a master cocktail!

1. Gedon 80mg 2x per day
2.  Adderalle 30mg, 2x per day split
3.  Hydroxazine 50mg 2x per day
I prefer this over Xanax a "benzo"
4.  Ability 15mg
5. Effexor 225mg
6. Birth Control Levogerteral
