Our biggest Adversity is our self; Strength is our resilience in the shadow of another conviction we will press on to the goal and not win but, have a victory larger than life itself.

In anything football or tennis we show up with our game face on and set out to conquer the court. We rise to challenges to become our best copy, outsmart our competitor with playbooks from yesterday we rise to to the victory that is all ready going to happen. We know in our hearts, minds, and souls we are the best copy that exists our; intelligence. When we show with vengeance we are 'unstoppable' and 'untouchable' our fight is our method of operation over the opponent to mentally wear them down. It isn't our fight that will win its our ability to outplay the other with change ups, fakes, and laterals.
In the gym then becomes our playground to workout as hard as we are able to do. My goal is to start out with three days in the new year and then work my way to seven. You see people who set unrealistic expectation usually end up failing. What will be the difference is your heart, and determination to overcome; Pain and Scar Tissue to reach further than you ever have before knowing the doctors wrote you a ticket that said, One day Visting hours are over. That simply will not be my case. For I will be one who is able to rise above any challenge, any adversity, any death ticket known to man. We embrace the miracles that are given to us to help another know they will win the war on Cancer with Mind and Theory to over come it.
Now, I have no clue but I know that Orange Juice and Vitamin C are detrimental in surpassing the complexities of cancer. The have no measured the the power of "belief" you must then tell your cancer I will not put up with you! I will not accept you in my body! I will not have any part of it! I will fast 3 days and eat on the fourth to make my body think its dead. It works. I am living proof that it is possible and I will help YOU through It!
I will be keeping track of my miles I walk/run/jog and a fitness log for the month of January and every three months will give up updates on my totals for miles and pounds lost. My Goal is to loose 65 pounds in this year with 52 weeks that we have. We must first set out with attainable goals and mine are that to workout every day after January. So many people start out so hard and they die off, I want to be one who does't do that. My success will be in that of starting slow and being their full time.

Another thing that is healthy to do is what we read and the people we are around. One of my inspirations is that of Ralph Waldo Emerson on his famous "Self-Reliance" that I read my sophomore year in school and fell in love with it and, still use its principles yet today!
